Step 1: Domain Name Registration

In order to set up your account, we need to pick your personal domain name(s).  Generally, we do a variation of the brand you’re promoting. For the package you are on, it comes with X domains. 

Here’s what I suggest (please pick X) 

  • Option 1 
  • Option 2
  • Option 3

Let me know which ones work you by replying to this email.  If you have another preference, please check if that domain exists and reply back with your preferred domain name.  

Once your domain is registered with MailClickConvert,  we can proceed with the next steps.

Step 2: Upload or Create an Email Message

Please send us the HTML code of your email message. Your email message should include:

Step 3: Upload Contacts list

Before uploading, make sure that your contacts’ details are in the correct fields column (ie. Email for email address, First Name for the audience’s first name); 

  • Email is the only field we require but you can add custom fields by adding more columns.
  • Save your list as .CSV or .TXT format. Your list should not be more than 70MB.
