The open log/click logs are gold mines for generating high quality leads for you or your sales team to further nurture and convert. These are people who have interacted with your email and/or have visited your website/landing page through your email marketing efforts. In this tutorial we will show you how to extract that data from your campaign reports.

Assuming that you have already logged into your MCC account:

Step 1: Go to Campaign Reports under the email marketing tab, then choose which campaign you would like the click/log to export from.

Once you have selected your desired campaign, you will be directed the campaign reports page.

Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the page. You will see the view/click information with open and close parentheses.

Note: Views are people who have opened your email. Clicks are people who have clicked on links that are embedded in your email.

Step 3: Select which data you want to extract (either views or clicks). In this tutorial we will be selected open log but the steps to extract the click log are the same.

There are two options to extract the data (as seen in the screenshot bellow):

1. Export Open Log – This will only include first and last name and email addresses.
2. Export Full Records Open Log – This option will include all the columns in the lists including debug reason etc.

Step 4: Once you have selected one from the two options, the open log will be downloaded on your device.
